Ilyenek a gyulladáscsökkentő növényi kivonatokat (pl. cickafark, citromfű, csipkebogyó, hamamelisz, nyúlszapuka, zsálya) tartalmazó gyengén alkoholos tonikok, aromavizek (boróka, rozmaring, levendula), növényi olajok, emulziók, gyógyvizes kozmetikumok.

Fontos azonban, hogy a kozmetikumok ne tartalmazzanak kőolajszármazékot (paraffin, vazelin), se más komedogén – azaz mitesszerképző, pattanások keletkezését elősegítő – anyagokat. Ilyen pl. Myristyl Myristate, Ceterayl alkohol, Natrium-laurylsulfat, PPG-2- Myrisylpropionat, Isopropyl Myristate, Octyl palmitate, Hexilene glycol.

 

 

Figyeljünk a higiéniára

A felülfertőzések, gyulladások elkerülése érdekében nem lehet elhanyagolni a higiéniát.

  • Piszkos kézzel nem szabad kapargatni, nyomkodni a bőrt.
  • Este és reggel is tisztítsuk meg az arcot.
  • Lefekvés előtt mindig el kell távolítani a sminket.
